94 front end part question

I have a 94 Sunbird and I need to replace that little metal bar that runs under the grille and under the headlights. I can't find any parts diagrams that show what the part name is or part number for that matter. Hopefully one of you can supply me with some info.

It galvanized from the factory and painted black. Once the paint comes off, it will rust slowly like a chain link fence post.............Your welcome.
