97 grand am code P0138

Bought a 97 Pontiac grand am and had nothing but problems with it so far. Replace the transmission this last weekend, and two weeks before that replace the front o2 sensor, the fuel rail injectors o rings all were leaking And the fuel regulator. And a bunch of other maintenance things. You can kind of see what I am dealing with.

Now I have a new code.....P0138 other wise known as high voltage bank one sensor two. Need help figuring this one out. Any help works thanks.

Ya i figured the rear o2 sensor but I was told that rarely go out And that if there is a code being a heated sensor that it is ore them likely the Cadillac converter?
Plus I forgot to put this on before. The code did not arise until after I fixed the transmission which was
