Power motor may be having issues. Open the door panel and check the track for anything preventing the window from going up or if anything needs lubrication.

I bet both of you window motors are worn out, very common problem. I had to replace both of the window motors on my old 97 convertible years ago, it is not very hard to do. here is a video on how to do it.

But before replacing them check for power thru the switches and to the motors. But I suspect you will find the switch's & wiring are OK. You can also try cleaning and lubing the tracks & rollers, and checking for worn or broken rollers.
