'97 Pontiac Sunfire Coil Pack any (EASY?) way to remove and install?

My husband and my daughter have been working on getting out the coil pack but it's been a real #$#%%^. Is there any easy way or some trick to getting it out? And....putting a new one in?
HELP.....please?

Easy way? No. Only easy way is to put it up on a rack and then fight it out. My son just tried the same thing and after 2 hours of frustration, decided to just take it to the shop.
