98 grand am key won't turn off

Sometimes my key won't turn all the way off leaving the accessories on, anyone had this problem before.

do you mean you can remove the key and the accesories stay on or do you mean the key is still in the lock in the off position and the accessories stay on? Do they go off when you open the drivers door?
