98 sunfire turn key nothing

Hello out there ! When I turn the key on my 98 sf 2.2 I get nothing. I checked the fuses all good, battery good new starter. I could use some advice as what to check . I do have a volt meter any advice much appreciated! Thanks

What is the battery voltage at the battery?
What is the voltage at the starter solenoid battery connection?
Have you checked for a blown fusible link?
