Can anyone tell me what this mean and what I should do to fix it - RC9
Control LD9 Running Change

If that is listed on the options list label there is nothing to do to fix it It looks like a change was made to the ECM of the engine during a production run.
Do you have a check engine light on? What made you think there was something that needs fixing?

As msmith1956 said there is nothing to fix, RPO is Regular Production Option, here is a link showing them
