99 Pon Grand AM 3400 not starting

Hello I am new to this site. and I am working on a 99 Pon Grand Am 3400.
Here is what was and what was fixed: Replaced mounting bracket to Alt. and changed out to new plugs. Now getting P1676 code fixed it. now motor will turn over but will not fire up. I am getting fire in all plug wires, full tank of fuel. and plugs I rechecked Factory specs and are at the right gauge...

Can ANYONE! please help me!!!!
Tired of hearing My Mom wine and cry about her car..lol
I keep telling her to buy a Ford and she wouldn't have this issue.. lol
But no JOKE NEED HELP ASAP!

Not clear as to whether car was running before you started working on it? Have you run a fuel pressure test? Could you have disconnected any electrical plug while changing plugs?

had a guy to work on it a while back and he didn't put all the bolts back in for the alt. and caused the bracket to brake. yes I unhooked 2 connecters and plugged them back in.
Unable to get to the test port due to intake being in the way. but when i was taking out old plugs some still had fuel on them.
