99 sunfire 5 speed problems

Im and new to this site and i need some help. I have a 1999 sunfire with 146000. I replaced the clutch at about 130000. About a 5 weeks ago I keep hearing a weird sound on a down shift ( sounds like its unwinding) so i when to check the fluid and i found that the dip stick and the tube it goes in is missing. While i was looking i found red fluid on the ground from the right side next to the front tire. So my question is what happened and what parts do i need to fix it and were i can find them.

You have a manual transmission so are you taling about the engine oil dipstick and tube? If so try a junk yard or see if it's still available new at www.gmpartsdirect.com.

There is a separate tube and dip stick that sits on the right side ( your looking at the car) all the way down. I fixed thaf but im still leaking red fluid from the right side( sitting in ths car ) that i have no idea were its comming from. Any ideas?

Either engine coolant if you are using dexacool or brake fluid. are you low on either fluid?
