push the gas pedal to the floor while its running and the engine is surgeing up and down,like its got power and than no power,,,,even at high way speed,,,any idea THANKS

Fuel filter/pump, vacuum leak, pulgged cat.... Check the fuel pressure and go from there.

filter is good ,,,,fuel pump is good,,,somebody as changed the cat.

how to check the fuel pressure ? and i just check the cylinder head bolts one is striped out,,i 'm wondering as this anything to do with it ? THANKS

So you dont know if the fuel pump is good because you didnt check the fuel pressure. Attach a pressure gauge to the valve on the fuel rail. If the head gasket is blown due to the stripped bolt that will cause additional problems. A compression test should tell you if the gasket is blown internally.
