A/T Stalling

Whenever I slow down, stop or make a turn the engine sometimes stalls and i have to throw it in neutral and crank it back up. What does that sound like? I have a few ideas rolling around but I'd like to get some input from someone with some experience.

The tourqe converter may not be unlocking. When you restart it, does it go back into gear normally without a jerk?

When I restart it everythings fine till it happens again. No jerk. And I do have an engine light but its not throwing any codes.

You cannt have a check engine light on and not have codes. Find a place that can properly read the codes.
