ABS, Check Engine and Trac Control lights

My girlfriend has a 2002 Grand Am with the 6 cylinder motor. Every once in a while the ABS, Trac Control and Check engine light come on at the same time with the warning chime. It does not effect the vehicle stopping or running it's just annoying. What could be the problem?

you need to have the car scanned for codes when the lights are on at autozone or similar free code check

Possibly the wheels sensors. Have to change out the hole hub assembly
