Ok so on our 2005 Montana Non-SV6 the ABS light would go on when driving. After shutting the engine off, the light would go off and come back on when driving it again. Got the Scanner hooked up. First time the scanner showed like 6 different ABS codes. Reset the system, drove around a little till light came on, this time only one code came up. Code C1233 seems like a right front Sensor is out. Any of you had this issue with your van? The sensor is expensive because it comes with a whole hub assembly. Don't want to replace it if it's not the root of the problem. Any of you with same experience?

Check the wiring down near the sensor, they have been known to break sometimes there is also a connector that mates the wire from the harness to the hub/sensor make sure that is not corroded and seated properly . A hub at rock auto lists for $36 - $90 . I did a little write up a while back on how to change out a hub/bearing maybe it may help. Good luck and keep us posted.

more than likely it is in the wiring. I have found where it loops around the control arm and goes into the engine bay to be the most problematic area.
