Abs light on

I have - 2002 pontiac sunfire se and the abs light wont go off, and my gauges go on and off when I turn my headlights on and all my dash lights kinda flicker. Just tryna get a lil help plz

ABS and other issue maybe unrelated. ABS system has to be either scanned or each wheel sensor checked with ohmmeter and wire harness visually checked.
For the other light issue check battery connections and condition of battery and charging system.
