• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hey Pontiac forum guys, I'm new to this site and this would be my first post. I'm here to seek advice and to do some general research on builds similar to my own. Recently I have acquired a 67 Firebird rolling chassis and have jumped head-first into the world of engine performance and building better-than-stock machines.

My first question would be a possible referral or point in the right direction to thread(s) which would be useful to my vehicle. I have just barely scratched the surface of building a motor to power my 67 and am sure of what I want for a result, only unsure of how to build my way there. I'm very open to ideas and insight and would love to see some builds like mine to point me in the right direction.

Also, a general hello to all users and admin!

Welcome to the forum. Would need more specific questions and an idea of what your goals are before directing you somewhere. Are you going to use a Pontiac block or other GM block? Is this for street, street/track, track only, etc.
