alternator/voltage regulator?

I recently have been having issues with my 04 sunfire /2.2 ecotec. My cluster began to flat line my gauges and all the lights in the cluster had lit up. Multiple times. So I tested the alternator and battery and was told the voltage regulator was bad. I replaced the alternator and the problem still exists. The battery seems to he constantly drained. Barely starting at times yet will not die while running. If anyone has any ideas to this problem I would be greatly appreiciative

What did you do to test the battery? What voltage readings are you getting from the battery with the engine off and with the engine on? Have you tested for a parasitic drain on the battery?
