Here is whats going on
New alternator
New battery
All grounds cleaned
No broken wires all connections good
Start the van works normal 14-14.7 volts drive a few blocks power acts funny ( blower fan changes speeds wipers slow down ect)
Battery light comes on shortly after
Test on side of road 12-12.5 volts drive more and starts working again everything speeds up drive more and it does it again what would cause this?
Also wire from pcm to alternator reads 5volts all the time while running
