In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Hi All,

I appreciate being part of the TA Forum. When I was 21, I had a 1981 Turbo TA and I sold it a few years later. The car was in mint condition, 7500 miles. Not bad for being that young and selling it about 5 years later. Anyway, back when I was younger the TA was the car to have (head turner besides being a very pretty lady!!:)). So being that I'm married now, I always wanted to buy another TA. A few years back I purchased a 1980 Turbo TA Pace Car.

So, now the questions regarding finding parts and possibly some assistance with doing my own auto repairs. I have a few sites I was viewing; summitracing and amesperf. I did purchase several items from them in the past, but I was looking for any other sites that might be helpful.

Unfortunately, my water pump needs to be replaced, passenger side window needs motor and regular and last night my antenna motor died. Ugh!

So, for the water pump replacement; do I need to remove the dash board?

And the antenna motor; looking on the "how-to" replace that too.

The window motor/regular I'm going to have to find a trust worthy mechanics.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

why would you have to remove the dashboard to replace an engine water pump?
