antitheft lock

does anyone know how to unlock the antitheft from a 95 pontiac sunfire?
The car was used when i bought it and i have no idea what the code would be

Did you contact the previous owner or dealer? Check the owner's manual. Maybe they wrote it down.

if u cant find the code u must go to the dealer and they can get one for a price however the best way to go would be buy an aftermarket stereo..... of course thats coming from an installer

by the way that sucks becase . just becarful when playing with the wires in those car the antithef lock is verry senitve and if activated the car won't work no more untill its deactivated and i don't now how so be verry verry carful ok !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a very old thread as well and you are wrong anyway. The antitheft inthis discussion concerns the radio only not the starter kill and to bypass that all you need is the two original keys or access to dealer grade diagnostic/programming equipment.
