A 200R4 does not need an Adaptor plate, and a few 700R4's were universal bolt pattern (meaning Chevy & BOP) but they are very rare.
Non of the options are straight Bolt in's They will require drive shaft modification, possibly a different slip yoke on the drive shaft, and the transmission cross member will have to be relocated and possibly modified.
Then you have to hook up the TV cable to the Carb, not hard but it must be correct and adjusted properly to not damage the transmission
The Final Hurdle is the Shifter, I am assuming you currently have a 4 speed Hydromatic Trans with the shift pattern of P N D 2 1 R All cars built after 1966 have a Standard shift pattern that we are used to. So if you don't care what the indicator says you can hook it up to your indicator.
Most people just go with a TH-400 as it is simpler to install tougher to brake, and you only have to hook up a electric kick down switch (I think your car already has one on the accelerator pedal) This will not have an overdrive, but it has the same 1 to 1 final gear ratio as your original transmission.
The last thing you have to do is have the correct speedo gear in the trans (or use a external adaptor ) to keep your speedo accurate.
I would suggest doing some research on the subject, many good articles on the subject are out there,
