Automatic Level Control

While ignition is off the AutomaticLevelControl inflate the car of max.
First I removed Fuse2 for ELC, but still doing the same. It stopped after I removed also Fuse 14.
Anyone had the same issue? I think it is the ALC switch?
But why is the ALC working without ignition?

My ALS will run after the car has run. For example, if I start and drive the car, and they stop, turn the key to off, the ALS will still work, just like the radio does. Once I pull the key and open the door it will stop.

Not sure if that helps at all....
