If you own a 2007 to 2008 US or 2007 to 2009 Canadian Pontiac Montana with weird things happening to the signal lights or other intermittent electrical problems, you may have issues with the BCM or body control module. Starting in 2007, GM started switching to a all-in-one master control for all body functions. This means that TPMS or any other electrical problem can feed back through the signals or other electrical components. Try the fuses, light bulb sockets, etc, for any failure of ALL components, but you may have to get the BCM replaced. In Canada that is near $400.00! Further, it may need to be programmed to your vehicle. A costly venture. Why the BCM. It makes manufacturing less expensive. All manufacturers are going this route with less components and one super component. For the user, it is definitely more expensive to fix!!!
