my fiero has a sunroof but its not the big square one. is it a custom one? if so how hard would it be to install the big square one?

thanks,
cody

If your sunroof is not factory and you want a factory sunroof, All you have to do is find a factory sunroofed Fiero in a junkyard without the roof damaged. Take the sunroof, headliner and the roof panel off of that car and swap it onto yours. I have done it a couple of times for friends. It is tedious but not hard to do.

thanks Oreif. i know where there are a couple so it isnt hard to find.

i just read a thread on doing this on pennocks. and from the pictures posted and write up i have to take the winshield too?!? that makes me iffy.. :/

No you do not need to remove windshield. The rubber trim around it does have to be removed and you will need to buy a small tube of sealer to re-install the rubber trim but the windshield does not need to be removed. I have done this swap about 3 times and never removed the windshield.

okay. it just confused me on the thread because of the pictures. thanks.
