I am thinking about getting exhaust for my car but im not sure what will sound the best i dont want to have to buy the whole cat back system i just want a new muffler and some tips if i could. Thanks

I have a 2004 gt. Last year I had a magnaflow muffler installed with the resonator removed. I love it it sounds awesome. It cost $300 from some little shop. I tried a couple other places that wanted $700-800 to put on a borla. I also got large oval tips that look great. My advice is to go with something different than the standard dual on each side. Every grand am gt has the tips, go with something different and it will stand out. The muffler I got is actually a camaro muffler. It is stainless steel. I dont have the model number handy, but could get it if needed. Go to www.magnaflow.com and read the testimonials, and any other questions feel free to ask.
