blower motor not working axcept on high

i have a 97 sunfire 2.2l and the blower motor does not work on any setting other than high. this is incredibly frustrating, i have already replaced the control switch. could it be the resistor? someone please help

It's usually the resistor.

It's the resistor. You need to drop the blower motor and then change the resistor. The hardest part is finding a comfortable position to lay in.
