it's not the motor it's the resistor that controls the speed, look on the blower motor case that mounts against the firewall, if it was the motor it would not work at any speed.
try looking on the blower motor case that mounts against the firewall in the engine compartment. Should be a connector with about 3 wires and the resistor has 2 screws holding it to the case. This was typically where it was located but also you may have to try inside the passenger area under the dash
