Blowing Smoke

Got a 2000 sunfire 2.2 changed head but was not torqued right first time retorqued after the fact,new radiator,fan,water pump,thermostat,new head and bolts and gakets but still using antifreeze. Im assuming retorquing didn't do the job and still using fluid, blowing out some white smoke when warmed up,I can let idle in drive for an hour never sucks it out but as soon as I get moving 3-4 miles starts blowing out cooler air.
Any-one with some knowledge on this or advice - thanks!

did you have the head checked for straightness before installing it? between not having it checked probably and not torqueing it correctly you have to start over.
