both key fobs stopped working

hi there, i have a 2006 montana sv6 and all of a sudden both of my key fobs stopped working. they were both working fine earlier today. i've tried switching the battery which i think was a waste of time seeing as they both stopped working at the same time. if anyone has had this problem, or has any ideas, without having to take it to the dealer it would be greatly apprecated. thanks in advance.

Maybe you have to reprogram them,or reset your van (disconnect battery for ~20 min)????
these electronic problems are tough to figure out could be so many problems. Good luck keep us posted.
