Brake light and ABS light

So this morning I was heading to class in my 1998 grand am GT. As I was pulling out of the drive way I seen both my "Red brake light" and "Orange ABS Light" on. It rained all night so I don't know if something got wet, but when I left class after car sat for about 7 hours (still raining) both lights were still on. I still have traction control. I haven't really looked at it since i don't feel like going out in the rain but I was wondering if it could be caused from the rain or something else and what I should be looking for.

You may have a bad abs sensor. Have your brakes checked.

i would guess the harness that goes to the abs sensor to either front wheels. the harness should run along the lower control arms. take off the plastic shielding and check for broken wires.
