My 06 Torrent's left brake light doesn't work when I press the pedal. When I lock or unlock they work. I've changed the bulb and brake light switch. No idea what's going on.
Use a voltmeter to determine if you have power going to the socket when someone steps on the brake. In addition check the ground connection for that socket.
