My 69 has front drum brakes and a power brake booster. Is that factory correct?

Front drum was standard and power brakes were optional.
You can get the original invoice from PHS-online.com

Probably correct, Disc brakes were optional starting in 1967. Front Disc Brakes were not standard until the 1971 model year on the big Pontiac's

Thanks. Any suggestions on correct master cylinder and power booster replacement?

Why are you replacing both of them?
Have you tried a local NAPA dealer for either one?

I replaced all the drum hardware and wheel cylinders and can’t get any fluid to bleed out. Maybe the master cylinder is stuck or valve bad. I can pump the pedal freely to the floor but nothing coming out.

Find the correct size bolt where the lines connect to the master and disconnect lines and install bolts. If pedal still goes to floor master needs to be rebuilt or replaced but not the booster.

Getting fluid out of driver side front but not passenger side. Maybe a clogged line?

You didnt replace the rubber hoses?
They collapse internally with age.

Trying to figure out which master cylinder to order. The one I took off is delco stamped j256 and the other side stamped 452310. I have drums all around

Those numbers are meaningless after all these years. You need a power brake drum master.
