Broken Reading Lights on a 2000 Pontiac Firebird?

Hi I have a firebird and the reading lights or reading lamps on the rear view mirror aren't working. Both of them aren't working and all the fuses are fine. What would be the best way to fix this, and how much could it cost?

did you check if the the bulb is burnt out? did you use a voltmeter to check if you have power to the lamps? is the lamp switch working?
