Hi all, I found this forum this evening. I have a '72 two-door LeMans 350. She's all original, but pretty rough around the edges. I'm building the car for my son when he's old enough to drive as a father/son project. I'm looking for information on the least expensive way to convert the front brakes from drum to disc. I figured out when I used to drive the car that when they get wet, they don't work so well. I heard that spindles from a similar car of the same generation will bolt up, i.e. Skylark, Cutlass, etc. It's a manual brake car, so I'd have to add a booster, but it looks as though a booster could bolt right up to the existing master cylinder mounting bolts. Any advice? Thanks!
