Buick/Rover 215 V-8 engine swap?

Has anyone ever changed small aluminium Buick/Rover 215 V-8 engine to Fiero?

Is it possible and/or easy/difficult?

I would like to swap V8 to my Fiero GT, but the laws in our country do not allow to swap any engine over 3,7 litres.

So, is there any other V8s 3,7 litres or below?
