Bumper filler chrome for 79 GP

Any help on chrome replacement trim for rear bumper filler. oem or a good after market lead? re placed the fillers but the old chrome on my 79 needs a upgrade.thanks

What material is it metal or plastic. Some excellent chrome spray paints for plastic.
