trans am? I have been looking for a pontiac Trans am for a while and saw one today. Its a blue 2000 pontiac trans am ws6 auto (i dont care about that), fully loaded with 61K miles and appears to be in good condition. The car has also upgraded exhaust and Cold air intake. The price was 14K i dropped it down to 12.
Should i go for it or wait??
And also my relatives say that since it's dealership's car it is very overpriced, even for 12K (in order for them to make profit) this type of car can be found at an auction for like 5 grand with similar mileage... Is that true?

Thank you

Any thing purchaced from a dealer will be more expensive than a private party but you could look at it from the stand point that it will have at least been checked over by the dealership before they put it on the lot and it may have a warrenty available (which a private party car will not)
some do go cheeper at auction but most are not available to the public in most cases,
and again will not have been inspected ..
it's a cost you should expect when buying it from a dealer..
you could look the car up on Kelly blue book to get a estemate on what it may be worth..
