Can I use 5x120mm rims on a 5x120.7mm car?

I just bought 4 new rims and tires from a cadillac dealer because I tested one on the front of my firebird and it seemed to fit just fine. So I took off the new rim, gave the dealer my money and took the rims/tires home. The rims came off a 2015 cadillac CTS with run flat tires and zero miles on them! After looking up the lug pattern I found that they are 5x120mm 17 inch rims. I wanted to bump up to 17 inch from the 16 inch I am currently using. I had seen a post somewhere where someone had been using BMW rims that are 5x120mm on their 5x120.7mm car with no problems. Any thoughts on this?

A Firebird uses a bolt pattern of 5-4.75" to convert to metric it becomes 5-120.65. So they are almost the same as the 5-120. If the wheel bolts up and is centered on the studs and you have no vibration you should be fine.
