About 3 Days when i start my Grand prix It will take about 20 Cranks to start it,and when it does start it will go dead from anywere from 8-20 times, but it will start right up after it goes dead, and then after a while the car will settle down and drive normal with a few attemps of trying to go dead only when i stop. I noticed the cars does this only when i have not been it for hours cause when i stop for gas and etc its starts up without going dead, and at times when i try to accel when stoping it may try to go dead but when i ease on the gas pedal i avoid it.
Well i did take my car to the mechanic saturday he said he would have to keep it for about 3-5 days to pin point the exact problem. He was able to locate the problem around my sensor's i forgot the name of the parts around that area but its close to the Device that when you speed up it keeps your car up.

Without any technical information your description is just too vauge to make an educated guess on what may be wrong I would suggest you just take your mechanics advise on the problem ..
Diagnoiseing things on the internet rarely proves to be a good move as no one can properly determine what is going on without being where the car is in most cases ...

Could be the Fuel Pump relay. The relay is supposed to prime the fuel system when he key is turned on. Have someone listen for the pump in the tank when the key is turned on, the pump should run for 2-3 seconds.
