Can you please tell me what kind of Oil I should put into my 1999 Pontiac

Firebird? Semi-Synthetic or Royal P? I used to use Semi-Synthetic for my 1994 BMW-320 but I'm not sure what to use for my 99 firebird? What is rather not very expensive and yet good quality for the engine?

Are there any stickers under the hood or on the windshield saying what oil the previous owner was using? If not, look in your owner's manual and follow the guidelines. NAPA has a 10w30 oil that's not that expensive and does a good job.
 
any good quality oil will be fine, the most important thing is regular servicing,
 
I think the recommended weight oil for your car is 5-30. I have used Napa oil for years with no problem. They also make a synthetic that I have also used. Either would probably be a good choice IMO.
