Can you put a 4.0L jeep motor in a Pontiac Fiero?

Short answer: no.
Longer answer: It is too long to fit in the Fiero. A V-8 barely fits and it is two cylinders shorter in length.
Then there is trying to fit the engine to the Fiero tranny. The Jeep engine is not a transverse mount so you won't be able to use the Jeep tranny.
