Can you use front springs from a 68 firebird on a 69 firebird?

Front coil springs from a 68 firebird, both cars are w/o AC.
I want to buy them off a friend who will sell them for 25 dollars.
Pretty good deal for new springs if they will work!

Just measure the diameter and compare.

Note:
A sagging problem can only be measured on the car and on a aligment rack..
