so my 1998 sunfire se coupe, automatic transmission, is a great little car. runs fine, lots of power, however there is a little annoyance with the car that bugs me. I recently had the fuel filter, all the exhaust, and the brakes changed, and the map sensor as well. The throttle body was cleaned as well as other fuel system parts of the car. The fuel pump relay and pump were changed, and work well. priming is fine. however sometimes when the car is shut off and given a little time to sit, i will go to turn it back on and it sounds like its gonna fire up then keeps cranking for a while, if i give the gas pedal a pump it will fire up right away. i assumed the 20 year old filter was the issue or maybe the pump but clearly it is not. any idea on what this could be? also, im new here, hello!!
