I have a 67 Pontiac 400 that was built by a local performance shop. It has some slight mods, 670 heads set up for hydraulic roller cam, mild port work, 532/519 comp hyd. roller, roller rockers, Victor intake. My question is, what size carb and how much pressure. When I purchased the car, the previous owner had installed an electric fuel pump. I have 750 Holley but it is sopping wet with fuel around even the gaskets. Sounds to me like to much pressure as it wants to flood out all the time. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, I cannot get one of the core plugs in the head to stop leaking, any suggestions on that as well. Honed it out a bit and installed a slightly larger plug and still it leaks. Looks like the head has a groove gouged in it. Hate to use a rubber expansion plug as it is in front...

Did you read the response to your other post concerning the carburetor? Did you install the plug dry or use some sealant?
