Thanks sergeimoskva,
I have checked all the bushing can't seem to see anything wrong with them shocks as well but not sure if something in the shock is broken just can't seem to find it and could get expensive starting to change thing out until you find it

I had a noise back there once. Turned out that is was the metal adjusting bracket for the parking brake cable was banging against the cross member/axel. The rubber grommet that was supposed to have been there rotted off. I made a new one out of pipe insulation. No more clunks or bangs.
