I have an extremely loud cluck on my 2006 Montana.
It only occurs when at an almost full stop or when I start to move again.
I have replaced pretty much everything that was even a little loose, but clunk does not go away.
Replaced axle shafts, rotors and pads, wheel bearings, Lower control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends and sway bar links.
I did manage to break the ABS sensor wire on the wheel that makes all the noise though.
I can't keep throwing parts at it although everything I have changed did show wear, but some may have survived a couple years.
I need help diagnosing this problem.
Thank you!

Bill

Did you check engine and transmission mounts? Caliper bolts tight and not stripped? Brake pads tight in the calipers?

Doug in P.R.😎

Has a professional mechanic done all this work or you?

NO professional mechanic has worked on it .
I did go through and check the torque on everything I could with no change.
Actually, I did notice a difference when I tightened the brake pad shims after reading something about that online.
Although I did not notice it myself the kid says it pulls scary hard to the right now and still clunks some but not as bad..
It needs to get an alignment yet and maybe that's all it needs now.
