Clutch/heat help 03 sunfire

Has anyone else had this problem? When I start my car I turn on the heat and when I push in the clutch the heat kicks of then when releasing the clutch it starts again? Also say I turn the key backwards which will turn on the heat I push in the clutch the heat kicks off and the car won't start? But it does the same while running but will still run when it does it. It does it randomly not every time but everyday.

Is the heat that shuts off or the fan shuts off? If it's the fan look under the dash to see if the clutch pedal is rubbing against a wire harness.
