I have a 1999 pontiac sunfire that slowly leaks clutch fluid (brake fluid), even when it's full I'll drive it 40 miles or so and it will get progressively worse. Meaning, when I shift and press the cluth pedal down to begin with it immediately allows me to shift, after about 40-50 miles or so it will start to need to be pressed down futher and further until I have to have it all the way to the floor to shift. Now like I said it leaks fluid, from where I don't know, but when this happens and I check the fluid level it's full. And after stopping for a while 5-6 hours the pedal will return to normal. Anyone have an idea of what can be causing this or how to fix it, hopefully both. Thanks in advance.
