Cold air or Heat will not work on 2001 Pontiac Grand am?

The cold air or Heat will not work, It does blow air but not cold or hot. Also,the little button that reads (AC) does nothing when pushed or even the button that supposed to defrost the back window does not do anything when pushed either. It starting to get cold here in my city and I need help before it's to late. Thanks....

sounds like you heat and a/c controls need to be replace.
take it to you local shop and have them check it out , there are few thing that should be check...also have your coolant change to if you have had that done...

Check the fuses.

definitely electrical problem. check fuses first, if no success take to a mechanic.
