Complicated Starting issue?

Hey Guys and Gals,
So my car won't start, when I turn the key theres no click or anything. There's lights on the dash and I can hear the fuel pump prime but I can't get it to turn over.

The starter and ignition switch have both been replaced, battery is charged. I've checked most of the fuses and relays.
I am lost boys help me out?

what is the battery voltage?
what is the voltage at the starter solenoid large post?
have you looked for a blown fusible link in the starter wire harness?

I don't currently have a volt meter, no pun intended but I will get one or barrow one. I'll post the results.

Do you have a link to a reliable harness diagram? I don't know where the fusible link is.

Try the Autozone repair section for a diagram but without a multimeter not sure how you are going to find the problem.

There is a fusable link close to the starter on the small post that lead up to your ignition it's a light green wire on my Grand Am!!!
