Hello Ya`all,
I am looking to fix the motor for my 99 Pontiac Sunfire Convertible Top as it is not working right. When I try to lower the convertible top, only passenger`s side tries to go down and the driver side gets stuck so I am assuming it has got to be the motor on the driver side. I have found someone on the ebay who can fix it for me and send it back but I need to get it out somehow and I don`t know the location. I tried looking for it online and as well in the owners manual but couldn`t find anything. Have tried getting into the car and opening few bolts but couldn't solve the puzzle!
Can anyone of you who have worked on teh convertible top, please tell me the location or a DIY if there is any!
I know I am late for the season to put the convertible top down but I guess better late than never!
